What is a smash burger & why are they so dang good?

Are you tired of bland burgers with little flavor and no flair? Try OUR burgers. Our smash burgers are made with fresh, never-frozen, hand-pattied beef, but that’s not all. The Secret to our smash burgers is that we use our hand pattied ground beef, throw it on the grill, smash until they are thin, fully cooked patties with crispy edges called a "skirt". At Duke's on the Boulevard, we use only premium condiments and toppings like, Blue Cheese, Yum Yum Sauce, Bacon & Onion Jam, Fried Eggs, our “secret” Dukes Sauce and even more.
